After first logging into Omega, there are a few things that you should make sure to take care of initially.

1. In the menu on the side or top of your screen, select "Edit Profile." From the following menu, you can choose to edit your basic profile and display preferences. Please take a few minutes to adjust these to your satisfaction. If you have e-mail or ICQ that you would like to be available to other Omegans (And we hope so!), then at least enter this information under your basic profile. Once this is completed, your account for the Omega message boards is all set!

3. Contact a leader and ask what needs to be done in order to add the Omega tag to your country. Do this as soon as possible - we don't want you to be playing an untagged country, its dangerous out there!

3. Please take the time to finish this tutorial - the information here will be very helpful to you in quickly adjusting to Omega and making sure you get maximum benefit from what we have to offer.

Once these are completed, you are ready to start 'learning the ropes,' so to say! Once you get started reading the boards, please read as much as you can, if you want. Feel free to go back a few pages and read some of the older posts on all the boards. By doing this, you can learn quite a bit about how Omega operates. You can also learn a lot of useless SPAM, but that's something completely different.
